yes…. i want the converse/pants too…

The statement: “Some areas were lightly damaged and were quickly fixed, and now it’s down to the harder areas.” is exactly correct. This is the strategy - and, hopefully, it appears logical. By servicing the lighter damages first, more people benefit quicker. So, while you personally may not have power restored, your neighbors are thankful they were serviced quickly. And, in the end, it is all about the whole.
