Is Centerpoint Ike power restoration slowing down?

Centerpoint has been posting updates of progress and I decided that someone needed to graph out how the power restoration after Ike was going: To my eye it looks like progress is tailing off from about 10% per day for the first couple of days to about 5% a day now.
